AIECS workshops are based on the current trends in the industry and provide strategies to be used within the service environment to support the NQF and quality standards. AIECS can support a provider in deciding on the most appropriate use of the funding in line with professional development needs of their educators. Our Trainers can provide a suite of professional development solutions at both an individual and group level that is workplace specific to industry leaders, managers and educators. Through our professional expertise, centres have the ability to access relevant and up to date training on critical industry areas that are continually evolving and transitioning.
• Consistent with the early years learning framework (EYLF), Kindergarten Guidelines & My Time, Our Place
• Consistent with the National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Aligns with the service’s Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
Or we can tailor-make specific workshops to suit each individual workplace.

"I really want to thank you for conducting our Team Building session last night. I have been to many of these over the years and the one you hosted last night was by far the most fun session I have ever been too! It was informative, fun and really got us all thinking. It also made me realise how far our team has come and that we are all on the same page. It gave me some reassurance in what I am doing to lead my team...."
"AIECS provided our service with professional development around team building earlier this week. It provided a fantastic opportunity for our team to really come together, work collaboratively and get to know one another on a deeper level, not just professionally, but personally as well. The activities we engaged in were very hands on & had us tied up in knots to begin with (literally!) but once we all settled in and began communicating with one another, we were able to work so well together as a team. We could not recommend this professional development more. If your team is stuck in a rut, going through a hard time, or just wanting to have a good old time working collaboratively with one another, then this professional development is perfect for you...."
