Once your enrolment forms and required ID have been returned, we can then check your eligibility for Government Funding through the
Certificate III Guarantee, or Higher Level Skills Program. You'll then be advised what your fees for your course will be, allowing you
to make an informed decision regarding your enrolment.
You'll be set up on our Student Management System, and provide you with the Student Orientation, Learning Assessment Evaluation form
(LLN) and student orientation checklist form.
This information is confidential between the student and the AIECS Team and is used to determine if you may require any additional
support services which we offer, the online Orientation, 'LLN' and Student Orientation Checklist must also be completed before your
enrolment can be confirmed.
You will also be provided with a student practicum handbook for recording your volunteer or paid practical work completed for the course.
To confirm your enrolment into your selected course you will be required to purchase your first training module, you will then be emailed
your Enrolment Letter confirming your enrolment with our Institute and we will provide you with the contact details of your Trainer
Assessor. If you are ever in need of additional support, along side your current training, you can contact your Trainer with the
provided details.
Your Trainer Assessor will also be in contact with you within the first two days of your enrolment to welcome you to our Institute and
answer any questions you may have regarding your studies.
